- Where will the event be held?
The webinar takes place over your computer. Under seperate cover, you will receive intstructions to dial into the teleconference and log in to view the web demonstrations. You can participant in the webinar from the confort of your home, office, neighborhood library, where ever there is a phone and internet connection.
- Do I need to download any software?
Make sure your computer is updated to the latest software and plugins. Other than that, there is no need to pre-download any software. You will receive complete instructions in your email.
- How long is each session?
Each session is 1.5 hours to allow for presentation as well as question and answer.
- Can we ask questions during the call?
We encourage you to ask questions. Upon coming on the line, your line will be muted. When prompted for questions, simply unmute your line to speak directly to the host. At other times, please keep lines muted so as not to disrupt the call.
- Why do I need to provide my phone number?
Your phone number is needed to provide access to conference call and identify you as the purchaser of admission. To protect the integrity of the conference, unauthorized callers will be bounced from the call.
- I booked the AM session, but would like to now attend the PM?
Contact the organizer immediately to have your admission changed.
- I would like to refer friends, is there a referral incentive?
